Summary
This bill would require the New York City Transit Authority to publish a preliminary operating budget and to hold a public hearing on its preliminary budget. It would also conform the content of the Transit Authority's operating budget to that provided in the operating budget for New York City, tracking the expense budget process requirements of the New York City Charter.
