Summary

Authorizes the NYS Consumer Protection Board to establish a bike theft prevention awareness and education program; provides that the director shall produce & distribute educational materials and must be made available to law enforcement authorities; provides that the board shall issue report by next April 1 and shall periodically review available data on bike theft and municipal efforts to reduce such.
