Summary

AN ACT relating to education; providing for the selection of a career and technical program tax credit organization to distribute donations to eligible programs of career and technical education at the direction of the State Board of Education; establishing a credit against the modified business tax and the general tax on insurance premiums for a taxpayer who donates money to a career and technical program tax credit organization; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
