Summary

AN ACT relating to property insurance; creating the Fair Access to Insurance Requirements Plan Association; requiring the membership of certain authorized insurers in the Association; creating the Board of Directors of the Association and prescribing the duties of the Board; requiring the Board to establish the Fair Access to Insurance Requirements (FAIR) Plan; establishing the requirements of the FAIR Plan; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
