AN ACT relating to higher education; authorizing the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada to establish a plan to provide parity in the amount of building square footage per student for certain campuses; requiring the State Public Works Board of the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration to recommend to the Governor and Legislature the prioritization of construction of any buildings or construction work on a campus of the University with less available building square footage per student; expressing the desire of the Legislature that certain construction services provided to the Nevada System of Higher Education be used by the Board of Regents to provide such parity; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Revises provisions relating to campuses of the University of Nevada. (BDR 34-705)
