SYNOPSIS
Makes supplemental appropriation of $250,000 from General Fund to NJ Agricultural Experiment Station for tick research and control.

A SUPPLEMENT to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1[2020] 20211 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved 1[June 30, 2019 (P.L.2019, c.150)] September 29, 2020 (P.L.2020, c.97)1.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under 1[P.L.2019, c.150] P.L.2020, c.971, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

The amount hereinabove appropriated to the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station - Rutgers University, shall be utilized to hire staff, acquire equipment, or establish new programs as necessary to monitor, study, and control tick populations in the State.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
