SYNOPSIS
Makes FY 2022 language allocation of $1,000,000 appropriated to Grants for Urban Parks to Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 29, 2021 (P.L.2021, c.133).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. The following language provision is added to section 1 of the annual appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2022:

Of the amount hereinabove appropriated for Grants For Urban Parks (PTRF), $1,000,000 shall be appropriated to provide a grant for Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson.
2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2021.
STATEMENT
This bill supplements the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 appropriations act by allocating $1,000,000 of the $3,500,000 appropriated for Grants For Urban Parks to provide a grant for Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson.
