SYNOPSIS
Provides supplemental appropriation of $2,700,000 to DCA for Neighborhood Preservation Program.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending 1[June 30, 2010] June 30, 20161 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved 1[June 29, 2009 (P.L.2009, c.68)] June 26, 2015 (P.L.2015, c.63)1.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under 1[P.L.2009, c.68] P.L.2015, c.631, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

02 Neighborhood Preservation (P.L.1975, c.248 and c.249).............................. |

|
Notwithstanding the provisions of any law or regulation to the contrary, of the amount hereinabove appropriated for Neighborhood Preservation (P.L.1975, c.248 and P.L.1975, c.249), each municipality that received Neighborhood Preservation Program funding in Fiscal Year 2009 shall receive $100,000 in Fiscal Year 1[2010] 20161.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
