STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT repealing the requirement for notice of non-compete and non-piracy agreements prior to the start of employment.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 275:70, relative to notice of non-compete and non-piracy agreements, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
