ANALYSIS
This bill provides that the change to the quorum for the Pease development authority board of directors made pursuant to HB 243 (2019, 256) shall not take effect on April 30, 2021. The quorum required under current law shall remain unchanged.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to the Pease development authority board of directors.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2019, 256:2, increasing the quorum required for the Pease development authority board of directors under RSA 12-G:4, III, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
