STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to required notice of mortgage funding at a construction jobsite.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 447:12-b, III, relative to the required posting of notice at a construction jobsite of the anticipated funding date of a construction mortgage requisition, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
