STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT removing a reference in the housing law to municipal agreements regarding the construction of parking facilities.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 203:8, IX, relative to municipal agreements regarding the construction of public parking facilities, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
