STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

 

AN ACT relative to continuing care communities.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Continuing Care Communities; Rehabilitation or Liquidation.  Amend RSA 420-D:16 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:

VI.  Any liquidation or rehabilitation by the commissioner of a facility shall proceed consistent with the provisions of RSA 402-C, except where inconsistent with the provisions of this section.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
