AN ACT relative to the valuation of the Granite Reliable Power project in Coos county.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to the valuation of the Granite Reliable Power project in Coos county.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

159:1 Coos County; Granite Reliable Power Project Valuation. For the duration of the current voluntary payment in lieu of taxes agreement under RSA 72:74 between the Granite Reliable Power project and Coos County, the valuation of the project for county tax purposes shall remain at $113,000,000.

159:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect April 1, 2014.
