STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT relative to physical force in defense of a person.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 627:4, III, relative to certain instances in which the use of deadly force in defense of oneself or another person is not legally justifiable, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
