STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

 

AN ACT relative to the statewide assessment report.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Statewide Assessment Program.  Amend RSA 193-C:3 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:

V.  Each school shall produce and provide to parents or guardians, teachers, and principals no later than June 30 of each year, a statewide assessment report that includes individual student interpretive, descriptive, and diagnostic data consistent with provisions of the Every Student Succeeds Act, Public Law 114-95.  The report shall be written in an understandable and uniform format, address the specific academic needs of students, and include information about academic achievement aligned with state academic standards for required areas of assessment.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
