STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

AN ACT relative to multi-stall bathrooms and locker rooms in schools.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1  New Section; Schools; Facilities.  Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 16-a the following new section:

189:16-b Facilities.  All multi-stall bathrooms and locker rooms in all New Hampshire public school and chartered public schools for elementary, middle, and high school pupils shall be same sex.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
