AN ACT to create and enact a new subsection to section 62.1-02-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle; to amend and reenact subdivision l of subsection 2 of section 62.1-02-05 and subsection 4 of section 62.1-02-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to possessing a firearm or dangerous weapon in a church; to provide a penalty; and to declare an emergency.
