A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING RONALD PENNY AS SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT of Revenue.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

SECTION 1.  Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Ronald Penny as Secretary of the Department of Revenue.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon adoption.
