A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the prohibition on contracting for the maintenance of prison facilities.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 19.10 of S.L. 2010‑31 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
