A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove a rule change adopted by the wildlife resources commission and approved by the rules review commission to shorten the bow hunting season for deer by one week and begin the muzzle‑loading season for deer one week earlier.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), the changes to 15A NCAC 10B .0203 (Deer (White‑Tailed)), as adopted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on March 4, 2009, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on April 16, 2009, are disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
