A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to borderbelt aids resources team (bart).

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Borderbelt AIDS Resources Team (BART), a nonprofit organization, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the 2011‑2012 fiscal year to enable the organization to continue to provide its essential community‑based HIV/AIDS services to people living in Robeson County and surrounding areas.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2011.
