A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to appropriate funds for the installation of a traffic light in the town of harrisburg and for the construction of fencing at the stonewall jackson youth development center in concord.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Town of Harrisburg the sum of three hundred sixty‑two thousand dollars ($362,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2015‑2016 fiscal year for the purpose of installing a traffic light at the intersection of Tom Query Road and Robinson Church Road in the Town of Harrisburg. These funds shall be matched by funds from the Town of Harrisburg that total thirty‑eight thousand dollars ($38,000).
SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2015‑2016 fiscal year for the construction of fencing to enclose 13 buildings at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center in Concord.
SECTION 3. This act becomes effective July 1, 2015.
