AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRACT WITH NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR ADVERTISING, MARKETING AND PROMOTION OF TOURISM AND CONVENTIONS IN HARRISON COUNTY AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contract with not-for-profit organizations to provide services for advertising, marketing and promotion of tourism and conventions in Harrison County and other related activities.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
