AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLAY COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO EXPEND UP TO $50,000.00 TO ASSIST THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES, ALSO KNOWN AS HEAD START, WITH THE PURCHASE OF A SCHOOL BUS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Clay County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to expend an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to assist the Institute of Community Services (ICS), also known as Head Start, with the purchase of a school bus.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
