AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO WE CARE COMMUNITIES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute annually not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), out of any available funds of the city, to We Care Communities, Inc.

     (2)  This section shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2022.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
