AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO LARRY BRADDOCK OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Larry Braddock of Lowndes County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his conviction for three (3) counts of receiving stolen property on November 22, 1999, in Alcorn County Circuit Court to serve a term of one (1) year in the House Arrest/Intensive Supervision Program for each count under the supervision of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.  The Mississippi Department of Corrections terminated Larry Braddock's supervision on November 22, 2000.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
