AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE HUMPHREYS COUNTY DIXIE YOUTH LITTLE LEAGUE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County is authorized, in its discretion, to contribute funds in an amount equal to Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) during the calendar year 2010, to support the Humphreys County Dixie Youth Little League.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
