An Act To Amend Section 27-31-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation All Real Property Located In An Area Annexed By A Municipality, For A Period Of 12 Months After The Date Of Annexation; To Amend Section 27-51-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation All Motor Vehicles Registered To An Address In An Area Annexed By A Municipality, For A Period Of 12 Months After The Date Of Annexation; And For Related Purposes.
