An Act To Amend Section 47-7-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Sex Offenders Whose Victim Was Under The Age Of 16 Submit To A Polygraph Exam For The Purpose Of Determining If Other Minor Children May Have Been Victims; To Amend Section 45-33-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Enact A Definition Of Polygraph Examination; To Amend Section 45-33-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Sex Offender Registrants Whose Victim Was Under The Age Of 16 Submit To A Polygraph Exam Upon Sentencing Or Release On Supervision; To Amend Section 45-33-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Sex Offender Registrants Whose Victim Was Under The Age Of 16 Submit To An Annual Polygraph Exam As Part Of The Reregistration Process; To Amend Section 45-33-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform The Punishment For Violation Of The Sex Offender Registration Chapter; And For Related Purposes.
