Summary

An Act To Amend Section 49-15-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Seafood Seized For A Violation May Be Sold At The Wholesale Price Being Paid For The Catch As Provided For By Law; To Create A New Section To Provide That Oysters Seized For A Violation May Be Sold At The Wholesale Price And The Monies Held In Escrow Until Disposition Of The Violation; And For Related Purposes.
