An Act To Amend Section 45-1-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That The Department Of Public Safety Acting Through The Office Of Capitol Police Shall Have Jurisdiction Over The Governor's Mansion And Streets Adjoining The Mansion; To Require Written Authorization Of The Capitol Police For Holding Events On Any Street Adjacent To State Property; And For Related Purposes.
