Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-19-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of "private Carrier Of Property" Under The Motor Vehicle Privilege Tax Laws To Include Persons Transporting Unprocessed Cotton To A Cotton Gin If The Truck Transporting The Cotton Is Owned By The Owner Or Operator Of The Cotton Gin, And Persons Transporting Cottonseed From A Cotton Gin To Be Processed If The Truck Transporting The Cottonseed Is Owned By The Owner Or Operator Of The Cotton Gin; And For Related Purposes.
