Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-21-30, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Legal Owner Of A Manufactured Home Or Mobile Home And The Real Property To Which The Manufactured Home Or Mobile Home Has Become Affixed May Permanently Retire The Title To A Manufactured Home Or Mobile Home To Real Property Only If The Manufactured Home Or Mobile Home Was Manufactured On Or After January 1, 2000; And For Related Purposes.
