Summary
An Act To Amend Section 55-15-81, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Removal Or Construction Of A Monument, Display, Statue, Memorial, Or Nameplate From Or On The State Capitol Grounds Unless Authorized By An Act Of The Legislature; To Amend Section 39-5-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relates To The Powers And Duties Of The Board Of Trustees Of The Department Of Archives And History, To Conform To The Preceding Provision; And For Related Purposes.
