An Act To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Medicaid Coverage For Children Who Are Under 19 Years Of Age And Whose Family Income Is Not More Than 200% Of The Federal Poverty Level If The Division Of Medicaid Determines That The Federal Statutory Authority Or Funding For The Children's Health Insurance Program (chip) Has Been Terminated; And For Related Purposes.
