Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Department Of Education To Issue A Standard License For Teaching On A Reciprocal Basis To An Individual Who Holds Foreign-certified Teaching Credentials Upon Presentation Of Certain Documentation And An Appropriate Evaluation Of All Credentials And Collegiate Level Coursework; To Require Priority To Be Given To Those Qualifying Instructors Who Provide Instruction In A Foreign Language Course; And For Related Purposes.
