Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Pregnant Women Who Are Eligible For Medicaid Coverage Shall Remain Eligible For Maternal Care Services Under Medicaid For Twelve Months After The End Of Their Pregnancies; And For Related Purposes.

Medicaid; eligible pregnant women shall remain eligible for maternal care services for 12 months after end of pregnancy.
