Summary
An Act To Amend Section 83-9-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Commercial Insurers Doing Business In This State To Honor An Insured's Assignment Of Benefits To A Licensed Health Care Provider For A Period Of One Year Starting From The Initial Date Of An Assignment Or Until The Insured Revokes The Assignment, Whichever Occurs First; To Bring Forward Section 83-9-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
