An Act To Create The Council On The Prevention Of School Shootings For The Purpose Of Establishing A Monitoring Center Within The Office Of The Attorney General To Conduct 24-hour-a-day Surveillance Of Online Student Activity To Identify Possible Planning Of A School Shooting; To Prescribe The Composition Of The Council And Its Duties; To Require The Attorney General To Submit A Report To The Legislature Before The 2022 Regular Session On The Work Of The Council Along With Recommendations On Legislation And Funding Necessary For The Operation Of The Center; And For Related Purposes.
