Summary

An Act To Amend Section 25-11-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit A Person Who Is Retired Under The Public Employees' Retirement System (pers) From Being Paid A Retirement Allowance Or A Pension From Pers During Any Period Of Time That The Person Is Performing Services As A Consultant Or Advisor To An Agency Of The State Of Mississippi For Compensation Under A Contract With The Agency As A Contract Employee Or As An Independent Contractor; And For Related Purposes.
