Summary

An Act To Amend Section 41-23-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Exemption From The Immunization Requirements To Children Attending Public Schools For Bona Fide Religious Beliefs Of The Parent, Guardian Or Person In Loco Parentis Of A Child If Those Beliefs Are Contrary To The Immunization Requirements Of The State; To Provide That Upon Submission Of A Written Statement Of The Bona Fide Religious Beliefs And Opposition To The Immunization Requirements, The Child May Attend The School Or Facility Without Presenting A Certificate Of Immunization; And For Related Purposes.
