Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Eighteen And One-half Percent Of The Sales Tax Revenue Collected On Business Activities Within A County That Is A Part Of The Pearl River Valley Water Supply District On Property That Is Owned By The District And Outside Of The Corporate Limits Of Municipalities In Such County Shall Be Distributed To The Pearl River Valley Water Supply District; To Amend Section 27-65-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
