Summary

An Act To Provide That Whenever A State Of Emergency Is Declared, The Board Of Supervisors Of Any County And The Governing Authorities Of Any Municipality, In The Affected Areas Of The Declaration, Are Authorized To Issue Emergency Licenses For Out-of-state Contractors; To Amend Sections 19-5-9, 21-19-25 And 73-59-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
