Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of George County, Mississippi, To Issue General Obligation Bonds For The Purpose Of Acquiring, Constructing, Equipping And Furnishing A County Recreational Complex; To Provide For A Tax Upon Gross Proceeds Of Sales In George County, Which Shall Be Expended By The Board Of Supervisors To Retire The Bonds; To Provide That The Tax Shall Be Collected By The Department Of Revenue And Paid To George County; To Provide That The Bonds Shall Not Be Issued And The Tax Shall Not Be Imposed Unless Approved At An Election Held In The County On That Question; And For Related Purposes.
