An Act To Amend Section 63-3-603, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Person Operating A Motor Vehicle On A Roadway With Two Or More Lanes Allowing For Movement In The Same Direction To Move From The Most Left-hand Lane When Overtaken By A Motor Vehicle In That Lane; To Amend Section 65-7-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; To Amend Section 63-3-601, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Numbering; To Bring Forward Sections 63-3-611 And 63-3-617, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Govern Roadway Usage, For The Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
