An Act To Amend Section 37-103-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Trustees Of Community And Junior Colleges Which Border Another State To Implement A Policy For Reducing Or Waiving Out-of-state Tuition For Residents Of The Bordering State Who Reside In Counties Or Parishes Adjacent To The Community College District; And For Related Purposes.
