Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Students Who Successfully Complete The Mississippi National Guard's Youth Challenge Program, Shall Be Accounted In The Graduation Rate Of The Student's Last Known District Of Attendance For Accountability Purposes; To Require The Mississippi National Guard And The State Board Of Education To Enter Into An Agreement For The Reporting Of Such Completion Data For The Purposes Of Determining Whether The Student's Outcome Will Be Treated As A Completer For A School District's Graduation Or Dropout Rate Calculation For Accountability Purposes; To Amend Section 43-27-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
