An Act To Authorize The Exchange Of Certain Real Property Between The Board Of Supervisors Of Simpson County, Acting On Behalf Of The Simpson County Economic Development District, And The Department Of Finance And Administration, Acting On Behalf Of The Mississippi Department Of Mental Health, For Purposes Of Accommodating The Expansion Of The Magee Municipal Airport; To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Simpson County To Exchange Certain Real Property With A Certain Private Landowner, Subject To Certain Conditions Having Been Met Before The Transfer; To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Simpson County To Sell And Convey The Real Property Received From The Exchange With The Private Landowner To The City Of Magee, Subject To Certain Conditions Having Been Met Before The Sale And Conveyance; And For Related Purposes.
