An Act To Designate A Segment Of Interstate 55 South In Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi, As The "representative Alyce Griffin Clarke Way" In Honor Of Mississippi House Representative Alyce Clarke; To Amend Section 65-3-38.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Prohibition On The Designation Highways, Roads, Streets Or Bridges On The Designated State Highway System Be Named After Elected Officials While Such Individual Remains In Office Or Ten Years From His Or Her Last Date Of Elective Service; And For Related Purposes.
